I accidentally created this simple, healthy, delicious “ice cream”, and just had to share my creation with you to try! It’s naturally dairy-free but the creamy texture was amazing!
I was in the mood for something almond-coconut-chocolatey, so I took a 1/4 cup of raw almonds and put them in my magic bullet – they came out like powder, so I was going to sprinkle them on my Greek yogurt, but when my slippery hands dropped the yogurt on the floor, I just decided to be creative with what I had {sans the yogurt}.
So, I took a teaspoon of dark baker’s cocoa, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of pure coconut extract, a tiny bit of raw sugar and mixed it up well. Then, I poured a 1/4 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk into the mixture, and W-O-W!! It was so yummy, I decided to throw it in the freezer for a few minutes, and it came out tasting like ice cream!!!
