My dear friend Frenchie sent out this blog post today called ‘Speed’ (link below), and I had to share it with my favorite blog readers! It is so amazing what we learn in every moment of our lives;  lessons are everywhere, as long as we are aware enough to receive the message…I am so inspired by the message this runner shared, as I believe we must all be who we were born to be, unique and beautiful, or as Frenchie said in her prelude to the post, “We are each designed for our own race…”
