It’s Small Business Saturday, and I saw a statistic that said we should all support small local business because out of every $100 earned, a small business gives $68 back to its community ~ that is quite incredible.
As you may know, my hubby & I have a small business, “The Domesticated Dad“. When we began delivering brown bag lunches on September 9th of this year, we made a commitment to you and to ourselves and our community that for every 10 lunches ordered, we would donate 1 to a local family as part of our Angel Delivery Program.
Every time someone orders lunch, there is a % or a # at the bottom that says their individual contribution to the program. We couldn’t imagine that in just 3 months time, TOGETHER, we have been able to provide over 500 free lunches to the families in our program!!!
We know that would NOT have been possible without our customer’s support utilizing our service, and we can’t thank each of you enough. We are so inspired by what this community has done, and we are so grateful knowing that when we all work together, we can do so much.
It is an honor and a JOY to serve every family who orders through the Domesticated Dad.
