  1. Write a midday”to-do” list. Bonus points for smiling when writing it.
  2. Drink lots of water- add lemon for an extra zing.
  3. Organize your space bit by bit- start by organizing just the space you’re working in right now.
  4. Give someone a sincere, unexpected compliment. Notice the little things.
  5. Do something silly, like take a dance break or jump for joy!!
  6. Donate your time, clothes, toys, and/or furniture.
  7. Use a calendar system that actually works for you. Figure out your “Planner Personality.”
  8. Say “no” to something you know you just can’t handle.
  9. Handwrite a letter to an old friend.
  10. Take 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes in the evening to just breathe.

AND *BONUS TIP* if you really want to “find balance”, bubbles do wonders! Blow bubbles or take a bubble bath, whatever your fancy!!
