Live: Wearing a chunky knit fall sweater and feeling the crisp air. Fall is my favorite season.
Love: Lu got her ears pierced today. She chose little pink flower earrings. She was so excited, and very bravely sat in the chair with a huge smile on her face. Naturally, when they were actually pierced her smile turned to a frown followed by a loud scream, “Take them out!!! Take them out!!!” Little Man looked at her and said, “What’s da matta, sista? Are you ok? I wuv you.” I just love the way they look out for each other. And, of course, Lu’s tears stopped seconds later when she noticed the rocket ship ride.
Learn: I blogged the other day about my “I am” ring. It made me realize I wasn’t sure where it was? I checked my jewelry box but it wasn’t there. I decided I would go through boxes in the basement later this week to try to find it. But, this morning I went into a box where we keep important paperwork to get something and ironically my “I am” ring was staring up at me! Sometimes just thinking about something is all it takes, and it shows up.
