Live: Reading to Lu and Little Man, and then each of them taking turns “reading” to me.
Love: One of the Little Man’s favorite shows is “Caillou”, which we watch on Sprout On-Demand. At the end of the show, there is a video of Jordan Sparks singing “Beauty of the Beast”. Every time it comes on, Lu runs into the room and we all spin and sing and dance to it. Today Lu said in such an innocent voice, “Mama, why does she call her boyfriend a beast? He’s so cute!”
Learn: I love little, unexpected surprises. My husband came home for lunch today with iced coffee for me. I didn’t ask him to bring it, he just surprised me with it. Simple, thoughtful gestures mean so much.
