1. Go old school. Use an old school typewriter, and write letters to loved ones. Or, play an old school game – charades, scrabble, operation, twister.
2. Sing in your shower, car, yard, or office. Bonus points if you sing loudly so other’s can hear you.
3. Let Loose. Do something fun, act silly, or just have a good laugh.
4. Apologize – don’t let it linger.
5. Accept an apology – don’t let it fester.
6. Release. Have a good cry or venting session.
7. Take the day “off” and lounge in sweats all day.
8. Get dressed to the nines for no reason.
9. Walk a neighbor’s dog.
10. Cash in all of your old change and give it to someone anonymously who could use a little help.
