You can also turn the dish into something smoky ‘n sweet by tossing in some dark dried cherries, slivered smoked nuts, ‘n little bits of dark chocolate, even add some finely shredded coconut wink emoticon;)

Got leftovers? Roll it into bite size energy balls with just a teaspoon of almond butter per bite!!
